Zeeks Pizza is the Northwest’s fastest growing pizza and beer franchise. In an effort to improve and increase their franchise engagement, Zeeks Pizza continued their partnership with Mentor to reimagine their franchising experience by way of a new marketing strategy and site redesign.
Identifying and highlighting the perceived benefits of purchasing a Zeeks franchise was our paramount challenge. What would resonate with Zeeks franchisees? How did the brand’s identity influence these individuals? It was our goal to tell the Zeeks story in a way that was true to their unique brand, and informed potential franchisees outside of just the Northwest.
Mentor conducted a series of interviews with the owners of Zeeks to understand the holistic and long term goals of the business, in order to tell the Zeeks story in a way that would resonate with their franchisees.
After an initial content audit of the existing Zeeks franchise site, we were then ready to start visualizing our concepts by way of wireframes. Our priorities included simplifying the navigation in order to tell the story most effectively. ensuring that both important franchise detail was included while also telling a compelling story of the company and it’s owners. This story was carefully considered and applied when creating a distinct visual language and interface.

Upon launching the new franchise site, Zeeks has been unable to keep up with the amount of contacts and inquiries surrounding their franchising efforts.
